Persyaratan Lowongan Kerja
Minimum of 3 years working experience in project and design management in the field
Good communication and organization skills
Fluent in English is a must
Mature personality
Good creativity ability
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
Tanggung Jawab
To determine project requirements, develop design concepts, prepare cost estimate, source materials, review progress and consult with clients step.
Managing the entire design process from start to finish, including hiring designers, managing budget & timelines and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Supervising designers to ensure that their works meet the clients' specification.
Reviewing bid from contractors for feasibility and pricing
Working with sub-contractor and project team to ensure the projects are completed on time and within budget.
